The loop track alignment, on Owner's property, saved the expense of a new railroad bridge across the Elm Creek.

Scope of Services:
Route selection; surveys; grading, drainage and geotechnical designs; power line relocation; cost estimates; UPRR liaison; permitting; and construction administration for 5,000' of spur track.

The track alignment was configured to save the expense of relocating 5,000' of signal line and signal house adjacent to the UPRR main line.

Project included close liaison with Hastings Economic Development Committee and the State Department of Economic Development for compliance with incentive funding regulations.
